Let our experts peruse and analyze your property to edit the existing furniture and decor, remove what’s not needed and allow us to blend your items with ours to create a seamless style that appeals to buyers. We work within your budget to showcase what’s already there and add our own touches to really make the home shine.

FULL

Our design team visits your property, builds a list of needed items, presents a budget and returns to fully stage the home with furniture and styling. Our most coveted option to best showcase the home from top to bottom. Interior and exterior staging/styling is available.

STAGE PREP

Allow us to preview the home with you and we'll give our expert recommendations for getting the home ready for market. We'll evaluate everything from the home's curb appeal to interior updates.  We'll suggest pre-market enhancements that will make the home more attractive to buyers.
